Your time and trust are invaluable, and this policy ensures that every session is treated with the care and respect it deserves.

Securing Your Session

  • All sessions are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

  • Bookings are made exclusively through the Acuity scheduling system, ensuring ease and discretion.

  • Payment secures your session time. All major credit and debit cards are accepted through secure checkout powered by Stripe.

  • One-on-one only — no relationship or group sessions.

  • For adults 18+

Adjustments & Rescheduling

  • Life shifts, and so do our needs. You may reschedule your session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge.

  • Adjustments requested within 24 hours cannot always be accommodated, though every effort will be made to honor them.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.

  • Missed sessions without notice are considered fulfilled appointments.

Timeliness

  • Sessions begin promptly at the agreed time. If you arrive late, the session will continue for the remaining duration, with no adjustment to the fee.

Confidentiality & Discretion

  • Every session is conducted exclusively via Signal, a platform chosen for its end-to-end encryption and discretion.

  • Your session is confidential and unrecorded to protect your privacy and presence in the moment.

  • You’re welcome to take notes; many clients find it helps anchor key insights.

  • What is shared remains sealed. Your identity and the content of our work together are never disclosed.

Boundaries & Responsibility

  • These sessions are not therapy or medical treatment. They are bespoke guidance shaped by insight, lived experience, and intuitive tools.

  • While Dark Sister provides perspective and strategies, your choices and outcomes remain fully your own.
